microk8sのインストール

- values.yaml: サーバーの名前やアイコン、アドレス等を設定します。
- cm-files/tos.txt: 利用規約を記載します。
- cm-files/code-of-conduct.txt: 行動規範を記載します。
- cm-files/register-template.json: (必要であれば編集)ユーザーが登録する際に記入してもらう情報のテンプレートです。
namespaceの作成
